ダラムに夏がやってきました。せっかくのこの美しい季節を帝京生たちに経験してもらえないことが残念でなりません。来年の今ごろは夏のダラムを楽しんでいてほしいものです。６月末にはオンライン授業も終了しました。皆さんが熱心に参加し、喜んでいただけたことを嬉しく思っています。

Summer has arrived in Durham, and it’s a shame the students are missing out on this opportunity. There are many beautiful places to walk and eat outdoors in Durham, hopefully this time next year they will be enjoying Durham life in the summer time.

As June comes to a close, we mark the end of our first block teaching online. In that time, we have been able to provide 1-to-1 lessons, conversation classes with Durham students and a library of pre-recorded lessons to 120 Japanese students. Each week was filled with excitement as the students enthusiastically engaged in different topics while improving their English over a short period of time. The feedback we received was fantastic and helps us to understand the value of this online course.
